JobRivet - Where the job search is made simpler and more efficient for job seekers and employers alike. Our mission is to strengthen America’s future by employing its youth today, and we fill a much-needed gap for networking, profiling and hiring youth aged 16-24.
The key goal for JobRivet was a great user experience. Let's face it. Young people don't have patience and are easily turned off when the experience ardous. We needed to design a system that will easily have users sign up and look for jobs, connect with potential employers and guide them through the job acquisition process.

Role
Our goal was to deliver a vibrant and playful product to make their brand memorable. Our challenge was to make the UX seamless and simple on mobile, tablet, and desktop. By grouping user interactions and prioritizing them by UI relevance we were able to create an easy job application solution, while efficiently helping employers during the hiring process.
