MedplusMart.Com is the online gateway to everyone’s favourite medical and general store: MedPlus.
At medplusmart.com people can order the products and have them delivered to their home within 2 hours or pick them up conveniently from a MedPlus store near them. People can view or take prints of all their previous MedPlus bills, and conveniently reorder the products they bought earlier.

Some of the opportunities to innovate were ensuring that the focus remained on the core – Medicines and General products being secondary. For Medicines, the Search remains the primary mode of discovery whereas for general products the Browse behavior is recommended.
This comes from the study that we did to understand the user persona and behavior at the MedPlus stores. Medicines are not browsed, but searched for. Also, the consumer gets to see the alternate medicines for the exact same composition.
Finding the user’s location is important to the business because this helps in showing the inventory from the nearest MedPlus hub as the delivery timeframes need to be met.
Ensuring that the previous orders and previous invoices were treated differently in the backend – However, for end user experience – we came up with a unified experience for both for the user delight.
